About RYC

广州若羽臣科技股份有限公司，2011年于广州正式成立，致力于通过全链路、全渠道、全场景的数字化能力，赋能品牌线上的全生命周期增长，为世界优质消费品牌链接每个中国消费者。

2020年9月25日，若羽臣正式登陆深交所，成为深交所主板代运营公司上市第一股，股票代码003010.SZ。

Officially established in Guangzhou in 2011, Guangzhou Ruoyuchen Technology Co., Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as RYC) is committed to enabling the full life cycle growth of brands online through its full-link, omni-channel, and full-scene digital capabilities and linking every Chinese consumer with worldwide quality brands.

On September 25, 2020, RYC officially landed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first listed EC operating agency on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with its stock code being 003010.SZ.

At present, RYC has dual headquarters in Guangzhou and Shanghai, and multiple overseas branches and offices. It has a young elite team of more than 1000 employees, covering over 20 EC ecological platforms such as Alibaba, JD.com, pinduoduo, VIP.com, Douyin, Kuaishou and Little Red Book.

In 2021, RYC achieved a GMV of nearly 10 billion yuan, with its service radius covering more than 30 countries and regions around the world, providing high-quality digital services for more than 100 domestic and foreign famous brands, including P&G, Swisse, Bayer, Mead Johnson and Milk Deluxe.

About the Polaris Program

北极星计划，旨在通过“超巨星养成计划”：结合内部轮岗、工作实践、1对一导师带教、专业培训等方式，帮助管培生快速成长，培养各岗位上高潜力的新星队伍。

The Polaris Program aims to help management trainees grow rapidly and cultivate high potential starlets in all positions through the "Super Star Cultivation Program", featuring internal job rotation, real task practice, one-on-one tutoring and professional training, etc.
